Job Title: IFA Admin Manager
Location: Bath
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Wealth Management firm as a Client Support Manager, leading the administrative functions that underpin first-class financial planning services.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of support staff across 2 offices, ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate record-keeping, and efficient day-to-day operations.
* Work closely with the Head of Client Support, focusing on leadership, process management, and enhancing client experience.
The Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in financial services administration within financial planning or wealth management
* Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
