* Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 via umbrella)

* Portfolio: Native applications, strong UX problem-solving, design systems thinking

* Collaboration with Senior stakeholders and global design teams—relationship-building skills are key.
Ideal Background
* 10+ years in UX/UI design
* Experience in telco, e-commerce, or highly regulated industries
* Comfortable in both enterprise and growth-stage/start-up environments
* Proactive, independent, and able to work in fast-paced settings
This will be working for one of the biggest growth products in Telco. The goal is to help existing internet subscribers add mobile services, creating a multi-service ecosystem. This is a high-priority initiative for the business.
