The Job:
The purpose of the Payroll Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK and internationally, managing the benefits whilst ensuring compliance:
* Processing monthly payroll.
* Completing final payroll checks.
* Ensuring all employee data is maintained accurately within the HR system.
* Managing thethird-party payroll provider.
* Reviewing benefits provision.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
* Previous payroll experience within a complex environment is essential.
* Proven ability to manage benefits providers and support annual reward cycles is required.
* Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and data auditing capability are essential.
* You must be able to manage multiple deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.
