Role Purpose:Interactive Instant Win Games (IIWGs) are digital games loved by National Lottery players. With game types including online Scratchcards, Bingo, word, match 3, dice and board games, and with prizes ranging from £1 up to £1 Million - there is something for everyone! We are looking for an Instants Executive to join the IIWG Product team. This is a great opportunity to get into gaming and play a key role in expanding the Interactive Instant Win Game category, raising millions for Good Causes. We are looking for an Instants Executive to join the IIWG Product team, reporting into the IIWG Product Manager. This is a great opportunity to get into gaming and play a key role in providing a high-quality Instant Win Game experience for existing and new consumers, to help raise millions for Good Causes. Role Information:The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid working with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend our Watford HQ twice a week and occasional visits to our London office. Role Responsibilities:Support with the delivery of the agreed IIWG game and product roadmap, to ensure innovative and appealing games are always available to National Lottery players. Work alongside the IIWG Product Manager and Assistant Product Managers and support the end-to-end design, development and delivery process for all games including creative and build reviews and documenting feedback and actions. Follow end-to-end production processes to complete game checks, signoffs and launch notifications prior to game releases. Ensure all games are managed through the risk assessment tools prior to launch and manage the collation of results. Work with a number of internal and external teams and stakeholders across the business to gain the required approvals and raise requests including Game Studios, Content, Operations, Brand & Marketing and QA. Support the Head of IIWG and Product & Portfolio Lead on trading and merchandising requirements including daily dales reporting and portfolio performance trackers. Create and maintain and update key trackers, checklists and documents on a regular basis. Support game concept development by coordinating game development days, briefing artwork creation, working with the Insight team to arrange research activities, writing insight briefs and analysing relevant data. General administrative support to the team including taking minutes and presentation materials. Work with colleagues to support the activities of the team, suggesting ideas and contributing to continuous improvement. Skills and Experience:Games industry experience preferred, but not essential. Keen interest and passion for gaming. Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of Interactive Instant Win Games. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines. A great team player, who is ambitious, naturally organised, collaborative and enthusiastic and keen to learn. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners. Demonstrable oral and written communication skills.
