Salary: £12.30 to £12.30 per hour. The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Choice Care offers a range of flexible positions to fit around personal needs. Key duties
* Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and participating in residents’ daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?
Holly Lodge is a fifteen-minute walk from Lymington town centre, in the New Forest. It supports up to eleven men and women of mixed ages with moderate to severe learning difficulties and autism. The home has generous communal spaces, en-suite bedrooms (currently undergoing refurbishments) and a large garden. Residents participate in tailored individual activities as well as group pastimes, with 24-hour staffing and in-house positive behaviour support to support emotional and general wellbeing.
