Committed to transparency and simplicity, we offer flat rates, clear Loan-to-Value (LTV) across our bridging product lines, and flexible interest rates starting from 0.85% for loans ranging between £100k to £5m. Our lending solutions are secured on residential, semi-commercial, and commercial property types. We specialize in delivering bespoke, fast, and reliable financing solutions for light refurbishments, major structural work, and complex commercial projects. Located in Liverpool, we pride ourselves on our customer-first philosophy and long-lasting business relationships.

As a key member of Hope Capital's Marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of the company's brand, PR, and social engagement strategies, driving awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to ensure Hope Capital is consistently positioned as a market leader in the specialist financial services sector.
Day to day, you will:
Work with the Head of Marketing & Communications and team to define and implement the annual marketing, PR, and event strategy
Plan, produce, and manage engaging content: articles, blogs, press releases, thought leadership, social media, and web content
Contribute and take an active role in blue sky thinking by bringing ideas and conceptual skills
Identify and develop potential news stories, case studies, and features for industry publications
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts, and industry partners
Lead PR campaigns aligned with marketing strategies, including award submissions
Manage and grow social media presence; plan and execute product and people campaigns using analytics to measure impact
Deputize for Head of Marketing & Communications and manage Marketing Specialist and Creative Lead
Support ESG initiatives, charity events, volunteering, and social value projects
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, accessibility standards)
Undertake CPD and maintain professional development

What you'll need:
Extensive experience of working with journalists and publications
Confident in developing PR, content, and social media strategies
Experience of planning, writing, and scheduling engaging social media content
Event management experience
Experience of monitoring and reporting on social media accounts
Ability to use analytics to guide successful social media strategies
Excellent presentation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
High level of competence in Microsoft and social media scheduling/reporting platforms
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or PR
Personable, good communication skills and ability to work in a small team
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
