The Opportunity
My client i looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Services Administrator to join their existing team, working out of their Chester location office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both administrative and data management functions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update client and adviser records using internal databases and CRM systems.
* Respond to client and adviser queries via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service.
* Review, cleanse, and input B2B data to support marketing and CRM initiatives.
* Monitor data quality and completeness, using third-party sources where appropriate.
* Assist with the preparation and processing of applications, invoices, and adviser fees.
* Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the administration of share certificates and deployment communications.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support data-driven projects.
* Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal data governance standards.
