Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator/Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting team members, and maintaining effective communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and organisation
* Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office and Xero
* Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
* Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
* Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking using Xero
* Organise advertising & marketing, managing social profiles & website
* Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records
* Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-maintained
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
* Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
* Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of administrative procedures and office management practices
