We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Event and Room Service Supervisor to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Event and Room Service Supervisoryou will:
* Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
* Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
* Work between our Room Service and Event operations department,
* Anticipate our guest's needs and providing exceptional service to enhance their stay
