Programme Administrator
3‑month temporary contract
£24.41 per hour (PAYE)
Central London (Hybrid), 35 hours per week

The Role
You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support across projects, meetings and academy workstreams. Working closely with senior leaders, members and internal teams, you’ll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Project & programme support across multiple workstreams
Diary, travel and expenses coordination
Meeting administration including agendas, minutes and action tracking
Financial admin such as processing invoices, expenses and bookings
Stakeholder communication with staff, members and external partners
Supporting CRM use, document formatting and internal processes
Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative systemsExperience:
Strong background in administrative roles
Confident building relationships at all levels
Experience improving admin processes
Excellent customer service skillsSkills:
Clear written and verbal communication
Planning & prioritisation under tight deadlines
Ability to take ownership of tasks and support multiple projects
Minute‑taking and meeting support
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Accurate data entry, invoice/expense processing
