We look for the right people – this could be an NQT, an experienced teacher with QTS, or even an unqualified teacher. It could be a support member of staff that has never worked in a school, equally it could be someone that has spent a decade or more supporting within school. Although we are a secondary provision, the right person could be primary trained. It is the right person we are after to join our staff family and help create opportunities for young people. Someone who understands the needs of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) pupils and someone who can provide support in the care and learning of our pupils.
