What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the stores team to manage stock control, goods in/out, and the CMMS system.
* Carrying out purchasing to maintain stock levels and minimise downtime.
* Collaborating with technicians, engineers, and suppliers to identify and order requirements.
* Planning future purchases to align with the maintenance budget and requirements.
* Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
What we want from you:
* Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Proven inventory control and procurement experience using a CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
* Background in a heavy engineering/process plant (e.g., Power Station, Refinery).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including COSHH and Safe Systems of Work.
* Valid forklift/mobile plant experience.
