The Role:
Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading National Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Real Estate Solicitor .
* Take the lead on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and asset management projects.
* Play a key role in supporting clients involved in energy and infrastructure, contributing to exciting land and renewable energy initiatives.
* Work with a wide range of clients, from developers and investors to institutional lenders, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.
* Collaborate with a highly respected Property team, known for its commercial insight and practical advice.
* Mentor junior colleagues, build lasting client relationships, and help drive the continued growth and success of the team.
The Person:
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE and a strong foundation in commercial property. Experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors would be a real plus.
* Brings a confident, commercially minded approach and can manage complex matters independently.
* Communicates clearly, builds strong relationships, and consistently delivers practical, solution-focused advice.
* Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
