Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150-200 foodservice accounts in the Northants, Peterborough, Corby, and Northampton regions. The role involves cross-selling, upselling, and acquiring new clients, primarily through menu planning and food costing discussions at chef or catering manager levels. The position is home-based with responsibility for your own travel planning, working towards individual and team targets.

Candidate Profile
Proven sales experience in the foodservice sector, ideally with a manufacturer or wholesaler.
Background as a head chef or with catering qualifications and field sales experience in other sectors will also be considered.
Experience selling catering equipment or disposables is advantageous.
Strong team player, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in sales.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 basic, with a £45,000 OTE, plus a fully expensed car and fuel card.
