Pay & Hours
* Competitive salary (dependant on role you could be entitled to bonus & car allowance eligibility required)

* Hybrid role: Office based 3 days a week (Frimley or London dependant on role) 2 other days of your choice!

What you’ll do
You’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of our supply chain, working closely with Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, and Retail teams to bring our plans to life.
* Own the demand forecasting process across multiple channels (Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Grocery).
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to understand upcoming campaigns, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.
* Analyse trends and data to create accurate, insight-driven forecasts that balance customer demand with operational efficiency.
* Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process aligning cross-functional stakeholders around one plan.
* Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and processes through data, collaboration, and creative problem solving.
What we’re looking for
* You’ll love numbers, but you’ll love people even more. You’ll bring curiosity, structure, and a desire to make a real impact in a growing, joyful brand.
* Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, ideally in FMCG, retail, or food manufacturing.
* Strong analytical and Excel skills confident interpreting data and trends.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills you’ll connect teams and build trust across the business.
* A proactive mindset able to anticipate challenges and spot opportunities before they arise.
* Experience using planning tools
