SMART Repair Technician Needed in Bury
1. Location: Bury
2. Salary: £26,000 to £33,900 (depending on experience) + bonus
3. Working Hours: Flexible shifts, including 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Our client, a leading automotive business, is seeking a talented and experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a great environment with plenty of scope for progression. You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality SMART repairs, including cosmetic repairs, refurbishing vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a SMART Repair Technician, you will:
10. Perform a wide range of SMART repairs, including fixing scratches, refurbishing alloy wheels, repairing windscreen chips, and interior refurbishments.
11. Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality standards, working within set timescales.
12. Assist with the introduction of new methods and efficient ways of working in the repair process.
13. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of repairs.
What We’re Looking For in a SMART Repair Technician:
14. Essential: Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician.
15. Advantageous: Experience in a body shop environment.
16. Essential: Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
17. Full UK driving licence.
18. Ability to work with various tools and heavy equipment.
19. A strong passion for delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail.
20. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads.
21. Ability to work well as part of a strong, established team.
