Store Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: Meadowhall Store

Contract: 40 hours per week

Description

We are hiring a Full‑Time Store Supervisor for our Meadowhall store. You will work with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. The primary role is to oversee retail staff, monitor employee activity, solve day‑to‑day problems and assist customers. You will support the Store Manager to maximise sales, maintain a service‑first mentality, adhere to best practices and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail staff operations in the store environment
• Monitor employee activity and solve day‑to‑day issues
• Assist customers and elevate their shopping experience
• Support the Store Manager to maximise sales and maintain service standards
• Ensure adherence to company best practices and service‑first approach

Training & Development

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion retail and alignment with company ethos
• Experience in fashion retail preferred
• Experience managing and motivating a team of sales assistants
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organised and customer‑focused
