Salary: FTE salary of £39,791 - £44,212 and pro rata salary of £24,197 - £26,885

As Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will co-ordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring its aligned with our organisational priorities and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. Its a varied, hands-on role you will design and deliver engaging and inclusive learning solutions as well as lead on the ongoing development of our learning management system and co-ordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

- The ability to break down complex information and ideas and make them accessible
- Experience carrying out training needs analysis
