We're hiring for a part-time position (16-hours per week) with shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM and ending as late as 6:30 PM. You will need to be available for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends.

Skills and requirements :
* Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the coffee business
* Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage
* Knowledge of hand-brew methods and desire to learn more would be an advantage
* Good spoken and written English
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to work at speed and under pressure
The job involves:
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
* Handling till transactions accurately
* Preparing and handling food in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
* Following all cafe opening and closing procedures
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
You will be working with and helping to maintain equipment such as:
* La Marzocco Linea PB two group
* Mythos One, Anfim and Mahlkonig EK43
