I am working with a Harrogate-based client who are recruiting for an Operations and Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their business. This is a varied role combining administration, customer engagement, marketing support, and basic CRM management.
As part of a small organisation with a social purpose, you will be central to ensuring everything runs efficiently, supporting schools and teachers, and contributing to the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support and maintain accurate CRM records
Schedule training sessions and prepare supporting documents
Create and format educational resources and website content
Respond to teacher enquiries and provide ongoing support
Onboard new schools and lead basic online training sessions
Monitor school usage and feedback, identifying improvements
Help attract and retain school customers
Support social media content creation and scheduling
Assist with newsletters, campaigns, and website updates
Contribute ideas for community-building events and content
Represent the organisation at selected education conferences
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
Interest in education and technology
Degree educated
Able to work in Harrogate at least two days per week
