About the Company
We are currently expanding our team in London and are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity. You will be working on a range of projects including HRB, Cladding Remediation and commercial sectors. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative team player, with industry experience to join our busy and expanding team.
Key Accountabilities
* Working within a busy team, following specifications provided by clients to produce robust designs and accurate drawings.
* Varied work, as the Practice has projects from feasibility right through to developed design/construction.
* Producing high quality work, with strong attention to detail, plus good organisational and communication skills.
* Actively contribute to complex designs and be a key contributor on the design and detail of projects.
* Be confident, with a professional attitude and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills
* Good level of awareness and knowledge of construction methods.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
* Detail orientated.
* Good level of awareness and understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations.
* Minimum three years' industry experience, producing working and detailed drawings.
