One of Leeds’ top law firms is recruiting an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly successful and growing Employment team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to continued expansion, the team is seeking an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to manage a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with owner-managed businesses and HR professionals across a broad range of employment matters.
Main Job Duties:
* Providing strategic employment law advice to owner-managed businesses and HR teams
* Drafting and advising on commercial agreements and contracts of employment
* Handling breach of contract matters
* Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including litigation
* Advising on discrimination claims, disciplinary processes and grievance procedures
* Supporting clients on TUPE transfers, redundancies and restructures
* Managing files independently while contributing to the wider team’s success
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of employment matters
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
* A proactive team player keen to contribute to a growing department
