Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to their needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
This position must reside in one of our CME service counties or a county contiguous to these, which includes: Coshocton, Fairfield, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Washington, Athens, Fayette, Gallia, Jackson, Highland, Hocking, Meigs, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, or Vinton.
The pay range for this position is $52,609.67- $63,282.33 annually based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes.
Establishes project coordination, status updates, analysis, and assessment of the IFAST program.
Supports and works with the Program Manager in all aspects of administration, operations, planning, and development.
Provides calendar management, presentation creation, executive summary creation, meeting preparation, and facilitation.
Tracks, monitors, and coalesces information for the IFAST program.
Provides a preliminary contact with stakeholders, providing direct communications on behalf of the Program Manager.
Manages and organizes office operations and acts as the point of contact for internal and external business support functions.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the Program Manager, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Coordinates and manages special projects, events, and initiatives.
Travel throughout the IFAST service area -25%
All other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED required.
Three years of experience working in and/or a nonprofit administrative management environment required.
Ability to learn and maintain expert knowledge of Intensive Services for Youth and Families guidelines and requirements.
Ability to work effectively with community-based organizations and diverse constituencies.
Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
Ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
Access to reliable transportation.
