We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Leominster based client as an Office Manager.
This integral position is ideal for a candidate seeking a full-time opportunity with the drive, capability, and ambition to manage an established administration function for the long term.
What you can expect
* Salary: competitive, depending on experience
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
* 25 days annual leave plus recognised bank holidays
* Free onsite parking
* Full time (37 hours per week), fully office‑based role
What you will be doing
* Day to day running of the company’s administrative functions
* Confidential administrative support to the Board of Directors
* Administrative support to the contracts team and site teams
* Supervision of administrative staff and workloads
* Transport administration for the company fleet
* Assistance with the HR and workforce administration
* Health and safety administration
* Key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Assistance with document control (drawings, RAMS, H&S documentation)
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative position
* Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering or a related industry, preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
