* Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
As an SEN TA, you will work 1:1 with a child who requires additional support and guidance throughout the school day. You'll be a key figure in helping them access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 tailored support to a child with special educational needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, accessible lessons
* Implement individual education plans and behaviour strategies
* Offer emotional and academic support throughout the day
* Help foster a safe, nurturing learning environment

* Can work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs
