Hours and shift pattern
24/7 Shift Pattern - 2 Days, 2 Nights, followed by 4 days off.
Your new role
* Be the first point of contact for Exponential-e customers.
* Manage support tickets and drive customer issues to resolution internally or via suppliers.
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line remote desktop support to customers when required.
