Are you looking for an opportunity to work in an exciting role that offers variety, job satisfaction and fantastic opportunities for self-development? If so, then come and join us in the Organisational Development (OD) team, at our base in the Grange University Hospital, Cwmbran.
We are looking for someone with a passion for OD to role model our organisational values, to provide support and leadership in the development and implementation of the OD elements of our People Plan.
