In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our warranty processes for new fleet aircraft—ensuring every claim is expertly managed from start to finish. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Configuration & Technical Data, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly and in line with aviation regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage all aspects of new aircraft warranty claims
* Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to maximise cost recovery
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with aviation standards
* Provide technical and commercial insights to streamline processes and reduce downtime
What We’re Looking For
* Background in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or contract negotiation
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Confident in negotiating with OEMs and vendors
* Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem‑solving
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
