Role responsibilities
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents, demonstrating compassion, care and commitment to positively impact their lives. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support their development, and ensure residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

* Facilitate leisure and social activities as part of daily routines
* Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues
What skills do I need?
* Teamwork and a positive attitude
* Experience in care is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Strong communication with a flexible approach
* Kindness and genuine respect for older people
