ABOUT YOU You are an ambitious, strategic HR Business Partner with a passion for people and performance. This is a varied and challenging role, requiring curiosity, commercial insight, and the confidence to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will bring the following skills and experience: A strong grasp of business operations, with the ability to turn strategy into action and constructively influence leaders to drive outcomes. Proven experience operating within a Business Partner model, with a track record of leading change initiatives. Hands-on international HR experience, navigating complexity and operating independently across cultures and regions. Confidence in building relationships across all levels, skilled in navigating change, and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
