High-Volume Consumer Litigation Environment

This is a delivery role, not a traditional private practice position.
Our client is appointing multiple Solicitors to support the continued scale of a high-growth consumer law firm operating a large-scale group litigation model. With a clear trajectory towards significantly higher volumes, the firm requires legally qualified professionals who can operate with precision, consistency and control within a structured legal environment.
This is not about managing a small number of files over extended timelines.
This is about delivering accurate, compliant legal outcomes across a high-volume caseload, supported by defined processes, legal frameworks and technology-enabled systems.
The Role:
Working within an established legal structure and reporting into senior legal leadership, including the Chief Legal Officer and Partners, you will take ownership of a defined caseload of claims.
You will be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, ensuring that each case is handled with appropriate legal judgement, attention to detail and full compliance with SRA requirements.
This role combines legal expertise with disciplined execution.
What you will own:
• End-to-end management of client claims within structured legal frameworks
• Legal analysis, documentation and case progression across a high-volume caseload
• Consistent and professional client communication throughout the lifecycle of each claim
• Adherence to SRA regulations, client confidentiality and professional conduct standards
• Accurate use of case management systems and legal technology platforms
• Contribution to group litigation activity under senior legal direction
• Identification and escalation of risks, inconsistencies or process issues
This role is for you if:
• You are a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate
• You are comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously without loss of quality
• You are structured, disciplined and able to operate within defined legal processes
• You understand the importance of consistency and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• You take ownership of your work and maintain high professional standards under pressure
• You are commercially aware and recognise the link between legal delivery and business performance
This role is not for you if:
• You prefer traditional private practice with low volume, individually crafted casework
• You are uncomfortable working within structured processes and defined frameworks
• You struggle to maintain accuracy and control across multiple concurrent matters
• You are seeking a purely advisory role with limited execution responsibility

This role requires regular on-site presence within a structured legal delivery environment and is not a remote position.
