Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
* Deeply understand client challenges and pain points through insightful questioning and active listening.
* Analyse client needs and map them to our product/service offerings, crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
* Develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
* Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client requirements.
* Assist with the sales cycle by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we provide best-in-class solutions.
Required Qualifications:
* A bachelor’s degree or higher
* Proven track record in Sales and/or marketing
* Experienced in identifying new business opportunities.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role
* Proven track record of successfully identifying client needs and presenting effective solutions.
* Strong understanding of the IT Industry and the challenges faced by businesses in this space.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Deep understanding of the sales process and a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in technical writing and ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise language.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
