Job Title: Business Support Admin
Location: Blackpool
Working Pattern: Part Time (2 days 8am to 4pm, 1 day 8am to 12pm)

We are currently seeking a Business Support Admin to join our finance and purchasing team in Blackpool. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to our operations while enjoying a flexible working schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the finance and purchasing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with data entry and management using various software applications.
organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Help prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow.
Support the team in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience with ERP systems is desired but not essential. We value your willingness to learn!
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Hours:
This position is part-time, offering a schedule of 2 full days from 8 am to 4 pm, plus an additional half-day from 8 am to 12 pm. This flexible arrangement allows you to balance your work and personal commitments effectively.
