The Role We are seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support quality assurance activities across new product development (NPD) programmes. This contract role is essential in ensuring that quality documentation, communication, and process tracking are effectively managed to support internal teams and supplier readiness. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of APQP and PPAP processes by coordinating documentation and milestone tracking Maintain clear and timely communication between internal teams (procurement, engineering, manufacturing) and suppliers regarding quality deliverables Track and report progress against NPD programme quality milestones and escalate risks where appropriate Support internal and supplier audits by preparing documentation and tracking actions Help maintain quality records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards Provide administrative support for quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives Key Skills & Experience Experience in a quality support or coordination role within a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Good understanding of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems Working experience with SAP is essential, particularly in managing quality notifications, documentation, and supplier records Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset with an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT AGENCY APPLICATIONS
