Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week, flexible scheduling available)

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & System Management:
* Process and track purchase orders through our ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
* Maintain accurate inventory records and order status updates
* Resolve supplier discrepancies and delivery issues proactively
Logistics Coordination:
* Monitor and troubleshoot 50+ weekly shipments globally
* Maintain real-time shipment tracking with precise ETD/ETA reporting
* Generate performance reports for supply chain stakeholders
Operational Support:
* Organize procurement documentation (POs, invoices, contracts)
* Assist with inventory reconciliation and supplier communications
* Streamline departmental workflows through administrative support
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 1-2 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
✔ Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
✔ Fluent in English and Cantonese (written & spoken)
✔ Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills
