About the roleAs one of our Nurses, you will: Provide the highest possible standard of nursing care for the patients and their families Ensure that an on-going welcoming, caring, and safe environment is provided for the patients Manage the patient pathway including Undertaking admissions, safe pre-operative preparation, effective post-operative care, and the discharge process Ensure legibility and accuracy of nursing records Monitor and assess patient’s condition and proposing/making changes to care plans as required Hand over and transfer responsibility of care to colleagues, ensuring appropriate information and care is relayed Administration of medicines and medicines management Ensure that nursing procedures are implemented and maintained in accordance with best practice, policy, professional and regulatory requirements About youTo be considered for the role of Registered Nurse, you’ll need to demonstrate: Registered Nurse An awareness of research and ability to apply evidence-based practice in the clinical setting Evidence of continuous professional development & professional revalidation Experience in the use of computers Good communication skills written & verbal, with the ability to demonstrate fluency, clarity and effectiveness at all levels Surgical Nursing experience Up to date clinical skills Full time hours/part time hours would be considered - various shifts Applications will be assessed and responded to as they are received.
