Overview
Experienced Sub Agent (Freelance) - Rail Projects. We are seeking a freelance Sub Agent with rail & civils project experience to join a highly regarded Tier 1 rail contractor. This is a long-term contract working on significant civil works within a rail environment, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity.
This role is based in Wiltshire and will require you to work some weekends. This is inside IR35 and you will also need a PTS.

Responsibilities
* Joining a strong, collaborative team and working with an excellent client, you will be crucial to the early stages of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Creating detailed methodology and constructability reports
* Conducting and overseeing on-site surveys
* Contributing to the pre-construction process to ensure project success
* Collaborating closely with project management and on-site teams
Candidate requirements
* Proven experience as a freelance Sub Agent, ideally within a pre-construction and civil works setting
* A solid background in the rail sector
* The ability to produce high-quality technical reports
* A long-term mindset, ready to commit to a substantial contract
* The flexibility to work from our London office three days a week and from home for the remaining two
* A valid CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS and PTS
