The Opportunity
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to manage the daily administration of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a strong focus on release management, system optimisation, and global support.
You will work closely with NEC teams worldwide, our India-based administrators, and third-party partners to ensure smooth system operations, rapid resolution of issues, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.
What You’ll Do
1. Oversee daily admin and approved configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
2. Lead configuration of modules assigned to you when implementing a new country or new company into the system.
3. Act as the expert in configuration of the system in modules where you are certified
4. Lead the bi-annual SAP release process in partnership with the System Manager
5. Manage defects and issues raised by users, ensuring timely resolution
6. Collaborate with the India-based admin team and external service providers
7. Maintain system security roles and compliance within the design framework
8. Support local administrators globally with complex issues
9. Partner with integration teams to ensure stable environments and error-free interfaces
10. Oversee daily administration and approved configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
What You’ll Bring
11. Several SAP certifications in some of the different areas of the system such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals etc
12. Strong experience of in-depth configuration of SuccessFactors preferably with some of that experience in a deployment project and some in business as usual
13. Knowledge of cloud release management and HR/talent processes
14. Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
15. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management
16. Experience with configuring and optimising UKG Document Management
17. The ability to speak Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese (advantage, but not essential)
