We are proud to be part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, we joined the Trust in February 2025. This is a successful multi-academy trust specialising in the primary sector. We are part of a thriving community of primary schools that succeeds on behalf of its children and communities. There are currently three clusters of schools in the West Midlands, London and East Anglia which serve approximately 14,000 children and are supported by central and regional teams. The Elliot Foundation's Ofsted report praised us as a ‘wholeheartedly inclusive’. ‘Deliberately non-hierarchical’, reflective and open minded’ academy trust. Rowley Hall Primary School wishes to appoint an innovative, 3 talented class teachers, to start September 2026. This full-time permanent role would ideally be suited to a person who has a track record of excellent teaching practice. We would also encourage ECTs to apply. The ideal candidate would need to support, develop and encourage pupils working within the whole school team. They will be a reflective teacher who strives to continually develop their own practice. The candidate should be a great team player with a positive outlook and disposition. Rowley Hall is a three-form entry school that thrives on The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust Mission, Vision and Values: Put children first, Be safe, Be kind and respect all, Be open, Forgive, Make a difference. At Rowley Hall, we have a strong team of teachers, support staff and leaders who hold high aspirations for the pupils’ progress and achievements and their own professional accomplishments. We are a friendly, caring school where all the staff work as a team to ensure the children are nurtured and developed into lifelong learners. Parents and the community play an essential part in the life of our school, and we value their partnership. Some of our roles attract a high level of interest and for this reason we may review applications as they are received, therefore on occasions the advertised roles may close earlier than advertised. Rowley Hall Primary is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and your people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
