Overview
Customer Service Team Leader role at Paddy Power. You will be a welcoming host for customers in our retail shops, delivering best-in-class service and creating a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help you promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a part-time role with a starting salary of £12.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Host customers in shop, engage warmly, and exceed customer expectations while building effective relationships.
* Cross-sell retail and online products and services, and clearly communicate answers to customer queries.
* Inform customers about latest promotions and provide high-quality hospitality in a dynamic retail betting environment.
* Assist customers to place bets through various channels (betting terminals, telephone services, in-shop transactions).
* Maintain excellent shop presentation standards and create an inviting atmosphere.
* Act in the absence of the Shop Manager to ensure smooth shop operations.
* Adapt to different situations while remaining customer-focused.
* Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
