Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for a senior developer with significant experience in native Android development using Kotlin. A proven track record in developing complex applications is essential. Practical experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or Compose Multiplatform is highly desirable. A degree-level qualification is preferred, and any exposure to iOS/Swift would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will help drive the development of brand-new mobile applications that integrate with a range of high-value consumer electronics. Your key responsibilities include:
* Building new and enhancing existing mobile applications using modern cross-platform tools.
* Writing native Android code as needed, particularly for performance-critical or platform-specific features.
* Translating requirements into clear, estimated technical tasks while planning work with risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines in mind.
* Developing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to internal coding standards.
* Debugging, diagnosing, and efficiently resolving issues.
* Collaborating with software architects, UI/UX teams, QA, product owners, and mobile technical leads.
* Participating in code reviews and providing support and mentorship to peers and junior engineers.
