We're looking for a fabulous Junior Digital Designer to join our online business team. The purpose of this role is to support and assist with the design and delivery of all marketing materials within our eCommerce and CRM teams.
What You'll Do
* Support the team with the design and artwork of all creative materials.
* Design and build HTML emails aligned with brand and supplier guidelines.
* Maintain and update promotional and internal design assets consistently.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure design accuracy and quality.
* Monitor competitor campaigns and share relevant insights with the team.
What You'll Bring
* Passionate about digital design with a strong creative flair and customer-focused mindset.
* Experienced in using Photoshop, Figma, HTML, and CSS, with knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
* Skilled in time management, organisation, attention to detail, and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, providing great customer service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and equipped with solid creative and technical design skills.
