Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our growing team in Beverley.
About the Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client portfolio including SMEs, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers.
Your work will cover a full spectrum of property transactions, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
Property finance, secured lending, and refinancing matters
Development work, site assembly, and associated documentation
Landlord and tenant matters and general estate/portfolio managementYou'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in maintaining and strengthening long-standing client relationships.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate:
Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
Minimum 3 years' PQE (ideally 5+ years) in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle files independently
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client care
A commercial, solutions‑focused approach to legal advice
Confidence in client engagement and contributing to business development
A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style
