Solution Architect, AGP
Multiple locations: US, UK, Germany
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and technology strategy. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them in to technical solutions.
2. Design high-level architecture blueprints and detailed solution designs.
3. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.
4. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
5. Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
6. Support project delivery through architecture governance, design reviews, and risk assessments.
7. Document architecture decisions, patterns, and standards.
8. Identify implementation risks and potential impacts
9. Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions
10. Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organisation.
Required Experience:
11. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
12. 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
13. Proven experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions across enterprise environments.
14. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
15. Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.
16. Strong background in systems integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
17. Experience with enterprise architecture modelling tools and repositories - LeanIX knowledge will be an advantage
Required skills & Competencies:
18. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman).
19. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
20. Experience with integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and data architecture.
21. Ability to model and visualise complex systems using tools like ArchiMate, UML, or Visio.
22. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
23. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
