Associate - Real Estate Finance
Location: Exeter
Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic real estate finance team at a Top 100 law firm working on high-value residential portfolio transactions across the UK. You'll collaborate with colleagues nationwide, advising registered providers, local authorities, investors, and institutions on complex property charging and funding matters.
The role
* Leading and supporting on securitisation and charging transactions
* Managing due diligence, drafting reports, and advising clients on risks and solutions
* Coordinating with banking, finance, and property teams to deliver seamless service
* Supervising junior team members and delegating tasks
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
* Supporting wider firm initiatives including mergers, regeneration schemes, and training
Candidate requirements
* Solid experience in real estate finance or property law
* Confidence managing transactions and client relationships
* Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and team collaboration
* Organised, detail-focused, and driven to deliver high-quality work
