Full Time Office Based Role
Salary - £34,000 - 36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has become available to appoint a new Events Manager. This role would be based at the main office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be part of a fast paced and dynamic events team who are engaged in delivering a wide variety of corporate events to our existing and new clients. The role focuses on heading up the events team and managing client events both from a sale and operation aspect. The candidate will ideally come from an events background with experience of managing sales and operation work. You will need to be flexible, lead but be a team player and enjoy the backing and rewards of being part of a growing company.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
•Heading up and managing the ATM Events team
•Liaising with new and old clients from a sales and operation aspect
•Selling to clients all package types and products that ATM Events Offer
•Meeting Sales Goals and organising sales initiatives
•Managing and training Staff
•Identifying opportunities to up sell ATM products
•Implementing high sales & operational standards
•Lead responsibility for Event Proposals both in document form and on the company website
•Heading up the development of current and new events
•Managing events (This can be during the week, Evening and Weekends)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
·2 Years minimum experience of managing or delivering events
·2 years minimum sales experience.
·Evidence of Leading and managing event operations
·Experience in managing and training staff
·Excellent leadership skills
·A team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects
·Excellent organisational skills
·Show evidence of creativeness, passion & enthusiasm
·Demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and independently
·Evidence of meeting personal and team operational and sales targets
·IT skills, ability to work effectively using internal systems inc CRM and MS Office
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
·Experience of Travel & Incentive organisation
·Experience of managing Theme events, Award Nights, Conferences, Gala dinners
