Our client is seeking a confident Client Services Assistant to become part of their small, supportive team in this dynamic industry.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to think on their feet. Given the nature of the business, flexibility in working hours is essential, including occasional weekend shifts to assist at their renowned, exciting events.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork and is eager to expand their skills in areas such as administration, event coordination, customer service, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and client acquisition, including sourcing and direct marketing
* Communicating with clients
* Preparing and sending quotes
* Handling safety administration
* Coordinating safety, travel, and hotel bookings (January)
* Assisting with logistics administration, serving as a link from sales to delivery
* Creating aide memoirs for shows – essentially briefing documents
* Providing general support and performing various office duties
* Supporting payroll functions
* Assisting with operational tasks and providing administrative support to the on-site team
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong English and Math skills
* Ability to drive
* Desirable: Social media and presentation skills
