* Sales & Performance:
o Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
o Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
* Customer Experience:
o Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
o Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
o Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
