A bit about frontend at Bud As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be key to building our inclusive digital experiences. We're a React shop that prioritizes AA accessibility compliance, ensuring our financial institution clients meet their legal and ethical obligations. You'll be working with a modern stack including:
* React Router 7/Remix for routing
* Tailwind and Shadcn/Radix for styling
* A Turborepo monorepo setup
* Deployment at the edge with Cloudflare Pages/Workers
* Vitest and Playwright for testing

Responsibilities
* Delivering technical solutions autonomously and in collaboration with the team
* Driving conversations and initiatives with other frontend developers and the team; sharing knowledge and contributing to technical best practices
* Building strong relationships within the team and wider organisation, actively mentoring and supporting through technical guidance and feedback
* Keeping up to date with new tools and practices, continuously seeking to improve your own technical expertise, domain knowledge, and skills
* Communicating effectively in both technical and non-technical discussions
* Confident in making appropriate trade-offs in project scoping and delivery considering maintainability, scalability, and time to deliver in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders
* Working closely with our design team to align on UX/UI implementation
A bit about you
* Proficient in TypeScript & React
* You care deeply about best practices and are passionate about clean, scalable, and performant code
* Experienced in delivering React projects that interact with REST APIs
* Passionate about web accessibility
* You drive quality standards and ensure thorough testing in your work across unit and E2E tests
