Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in primary schools across Reading.
This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Assist children with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties
* Work alongside the class teacher to adapt learning materials
* Encourage confidence and independence in pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
